The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was elegant overall. the beds were large. - Each newly remodeled room had a lounge area and a stereo system. - Very hospitable and experienced staff, especially the duty manager who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was a memorable one.

It was a nicely presented place, had service-oriented staff in front of the night duty manager. The room was fully-equipped with separate bedroom and excellent value of money and iron, and reasonably priced.

the restaurant was good for dinner, i tried warm dishes. it was newly decorated complete with a lounge, a living room, and a stereo system. the local staff was extremely friendly. the location was great and easy, for example, ampwalk mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Fantastic breakfast for all nationalities & tastes, thanks a lot. the venue has a particularly good and fabulous setting in the Downtown Kuala Lumpur district near the center of Kuala Lumpur.

Flexibility the rooms provided; well stocked small kitchen; sitting area and bedroom. Nice change and felt less like a hotel.Staff were super helpful. Would go back.
It is a nice hotel; good staff and everything worked. The cleaning of the room depended on the maid, either very good or just ok. But a minor thing.

We had one bedroom suite along with a kitchen. The space was clean and abundant for 2 adults and we enjoyed that part.
Interiors seem to be getting a bit old and little renovation would be great. Location is a bit drawback. During day time there is often traffic jam outside and taxi drivers don't agree easily to go the hotel beause of traffic.

The room I got was brand-new with 2 bedrooms and a separate lounge. the breakfast was delicious with curry being the staple and also an egg station. - the location was nice in a tropical area, really close to tourist spots, bars, restaurants, and the mono rail.

Our room was comfortable and large for 2 adulte and child. The pool is very nice.

Airy unit with a comfortable double bed. Early check-in and on-site parking available. - Strategic location near Ampang, food outlets, and Hock Choon supermarket. - Close to the Royal Thai Embassy and other tourist attractions.
